ABOUT

Rose Cerra is a qualified Myotherapist with over a decade of experience in a clinical practice, and lecturing within the massage industry.

Rose has lived and run her practice in Hampton now for 13 years.

Rose‘s interest in massage began when she sought out massage treatment while employed as an IVF scientist. The work environment was not great ergonomically, which lead to back issues and after treatments she felt great.

This led to her career change as a Myotherapist with an interest in work place ergonomics and treating the problems that incorrect ergonomics may cause.

Rose has treated a variety of people from young athletes, office professionals, cyclists, Iron-man competitors, swimmers, marathon runners, tradies, and the elderly.

Rose’s treatments are always personalised; she uses a hands-on approach that address the clients specific needs, whether that may be attending to an injury, injury prevention with general maintenance or in some cases just relaxation!

The goal of her treatment is to reduce pain, and discomfort and increase functional movement of the affected area.
