* 30 minutes allows us to treat the problem area so you leave feeling totally tension and stress free. 30 minutes is also suitable for the frailer older client, or young child Modalities other than different massage techniques that can be incorporated in this treatment (if client consents) are: Cupping Dry Needling Using these Modalities in a 30 minute sessions allows us to work 2 different areas at the same time to get the most out of your time; for example: you have upper back problems along with tight calf muscles; in this case we might massage the back area after inserting needles into your calf muscles or vice-versa .
