Service Description

* 1 Hour is a good length of time as it allows us to treat the problem area and the surrounding areas, usually there is a short Relaxation component at the end so you leave feeling totally tension and stress free. The pressure used varies depending on the area treated, and the pain level experienced by the client. Modalities other than different massage techniques that can be incorporated in this treatment (if client consents) are: Cupping Dry Needling Using these Modalities in this sessions also allows us to work 2 different areas at the same time to get the most out of your time; for example: you have upper, lower back problems along with tight calf muscles; in this case we might massage the back area after inserting needles into your calf muscles or vice-versa . This technique also applies to the 45 minute session The Therapist would need to be qualified to use these modalities and at Massage therapy by the Bay the Remedial therapist is!
